Payment Confirmation
Your order is dispatched within 48 business hours following payment confirmation, excluding express Chronopost shipments.

Dispatch & Tracking
On dispatch day, you will receive a tracking link to follow your parcel in real time. Indicated lead times exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery or Pickup
Depending on your chosen option, your parcel is delivered directly to your door (Chronopost, Colissimo) or held at a Chronopost pickup location for a set period.
Our Shipping Carriers
- Chronopost "Express Home Delivery": Home delivery usually completed before 1:00 PM.
- Chronopost Pickup Point: Available with delivery to pickup location before 1:00 PM.
- Colissimo: Standard home delivery for domestic and international orders.
Parcel Pickup & Holding Times at Chronopost Relays
- Pick Up Lockers / Stations: Parcels are held for 3 days before being returned to us.
- Pick Up Partner Stores: Parcels are held for 7 days and returned on the 8th day if uncollected.
Unclaimed or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us (unclaimed within set holding times or refused), return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund along with initial shipping fees.
European Deliveries
For shipments across Europe, average transit time is 7 business days after leaving our warehouse.
Order Modifications
To modify delivery addresses or shipping methods, contact us immediately. Changes must be reported before order processing is completed in our dispatch system.
