  1. Boreal Forest Cocktail

    • 30 ml of maple syrup
    • 120 ml of Canadian Escape Black Tea, infused and cooled
    • 45 ml of Canadian whiskey
    • Ice cubes
    • A sprig of thyme for decoration  Preparation  : Mix the maple syrup with the whiskey in a shaker. Add the iced tea and ice cubes. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Decorate with the sprig of thyme.
  2. Canadian Red Iced Tea

    • 150 ml of Canadian Escape Black Tea, infused and cooled
    • 30 ml of fresh lemon juice
    • 20 ml raspberry syrup
    • Sparkling water
    • Ice cubes
    • Fresh raspberries for decoration  Preparation  : Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour in the iced tea, lemon juice and raspberry syrup. Top up with sparkling water and mix gently. Decorate with raspberries.
  3. Martini from the Woods

    • 60ml gin
    • 30 ml of Canadian Escape Black Tea, infused and cooled

    • 60 ml of brandy
    • 2 tablespoons of sugar

    • Ice Cubes  Preparation  : In a large pitcher, mix iced tea, red wine, brandy and sugar until dissolved. Add the red fruits and ice cubes. Let sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.

    • 500 ml of white rum
