For the nettle to release its minerals and the fennel to express its roundness, the preparation requires a little attention.

• The Temperature: 90°C (194°F). Simmering water is enough. Too hot, and it would risk altering the Vitamin C of the rosehip.
• The Dosage: 12g per liter. This is the precise dosage for a perfect balance between draining efficacy and gustatory pleasure.
• The Time: 6 to 10 minutes.
  - 6 minutes: For a light infusion, focused on the freshness of the verbena.
