HOW TO PREPARE ARACAJU GARDEN BLACK TEA MADE WITH CINNAMON, PINEAPPLE AND ORANGE?

To prepare a perfect cup of Jardin d’Aracaju Black Tea from Comptoir de Toamasina, follow these simple steps for an optimal experience:

Measure  : Start by measuring about 2 grams of tea for every 250 ml cup of water. Adjust to your personal taste for a lighter or stronger brew.

Heat the Water  : Heat your water to a temperature of 90-95°C. Water that is too hot can make the tea bitter, so it is important not to boil it.

Steep  : Pour the hot water over the tea leaves and steep for 3 to 5 minutes. If you prefer a stronger taste, you can extend the infusion for up to 7 minutes.

Enjoy  : Strain the tea into your cup and enjoy. For an iced version, let cool and serve with ice cubes.

Composition  :

  • Black Tea: Brings a touch of robustness and depth
  • Cinnamon: For a spicy note and comforting warmth.
  • Pineapple: Provides tropical sweetness and slight acidity.
  • Orange: Known for its refreshing properties and unique taste.
