Measure  : Start by measuring about 2 grams of tea for every 250 ml cup of water. Adjust the amount for a milder or stronger flavor, depending on your preference.    

Heat the Water  : Bring your water to an ideal temperature of 85-90°C . This heat is perfect for revealing the intense aromas of black tea and spicy notes without altering their finesse. 

Infuse  : Pour hot water over the tea leaves and let steep for 3 to 5 minutes . For a more robust brew, you can leave it for up to 7 minutes , but be aware that this could intensify the bitterness.

  • Cinnamon from Madagascar  : 5g

  • Clove  : 5g

Preparation  :

  1. Carefully select and weigh your base black tea.
  2. Add the spices one by one, mixing gently to ensure even distribution of flavors.
  3. Let the mixture sit for 24 hours in a cool, dry place for the flavors to fully integrate.
  4. Store your tea in an airtight container, away from direct light and humidity, to preserve its freshness and aromatic bouquet.

Recipe for Rum Arranged with Black Tea Evasion from Madagascar:

- 70 cl of good quality agricultural white rum
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon of Madagascar Escape Black Tea
- 1 Madagascar vanilla pod split in two
- 2 Madagascar cinnamon sticks
- 1 tbsp. teaspoon of grated fresh ginger
- 4 cloves
- 1 tbsp. tablespoon of honey (optional to sweeten)

1. In a large jar, add the Madagascar Escape black tea.
2. Pour the rum over the tea and spices.
3. Add the vanilla pod, cinnamon sticks, ginger and cloves.
4. Close the jar and leave to macerate for 4 to 6 weeks in a cool place, protected from light.
5. Filter the mixture through a fine sieve or coffee filter.
6. Add honey if desired and mix well.
7. Bottle and your arranged rum is ready to be enjoyed or aged further to develop its flavors.

Madagascar Escape Iced Tea Recipe:

- 4 tbsp. tablespoons of Madagascar Escape Black Tea
- 1 liter of water
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices or mint leaves to garnish (optional)

1. Infuse Madagascar Escape black tea in 1 liter of water at 85-90°C for 5 minutes.
2. Strain the tea and let it cool to room temperature.
3. Place the tea in the refrigerator until completely cold.
4. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices or mint leaves if desired.

Vodka and Black Tea Cocktail Escape from Madagascar:

- 5 cl of good quality vodka
- 10 cl of Madagascar evasion black tea, infused and cooled
- 2 cl of cane sugar syrup
- Juice of half a lemon
- Ice cubes

1. In a shaker, mix the vodka, Madagascar escape black tea, cane sugar syrup and lemon juice.
