Frequently Asked Questions

What are the citrus fruits present in this tea?
A harmonious marriage of sweet orange, lemon, bergamot and mandarin, in the form of essential oils and peels, resting on a full-bodied black tea base from Kerala, China and Ceylon.
At what temperature should I steep it?
Between 85 and 90°C, for 3 to 4 minutes, to release the depth of the black tea and the brightness of the citrus without developing too much astringency.
Can it be drunk iced?
Yes, it's even ideal! Its tannic and lemony profile makes it an excellent base for your summer iced teas, punches and cocktails (like infused rum).
Difference with an Earl Grey?
Earl Grey relies on a single citrus fruit: bergamot. Paulista Escape deploys a true bouquet of four citrus fruits for a much livelier, richer and sunnier profile.
