Here are five cocktail recipes, some with alcohol and others without, to delight your taste buds and those of your guests:
1. Strawberry-Cranberry Mojito (without alcohol)
- 6 mint leaves
- 2 cut strawberries
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 1/2 lime diced
- 120 ml strawberry-cranberry black tea, brewed and cooled
- sparkling water
- Ice cubes
Preparation: Lightly crush the mint, strawberries, sugar and lemon in a glass. Add the black tea, fill with ice cubes and top up with sparkling water.
2. White Sangria Black Tea (without alcohol)
- 500 ml strawberry-cranberry black tea, brewed and cooled
- 1 orange cut into slices
- 1 lemon cut into slices
- 1 apple cut into cubes
- 250 ml of white grape juice
- sparkling water
- Ice cubes
Preparation: Mix black tea, fruit and grape juice in a pitcher. Add ice cubes and top with sparkling water before serving.
3. Black Tea and Spiced Rum Cocktail (with alcohol)
- 60 ml spiced rum
- 120 ml strawberry-cranberry black tea, brewed and cooled
- 1 tablespoon of cane syrup
- 1/2 squeezed lime
- Ice cubes
Preparation: In a shaker, mix all the ingredients with ice cubes. Shake well and pour into a glass.
4. Exotic Black Tea Punch (with alcohol)
- 500 ml strawberry-cranberry black tea, brewed and cooled
- 200 ml pineapple juice
- 100 ml orange juice
- 50 ml of grenadine syrup
- 100 ml of white rum
- Fresh fruit for decoration
- Ice cubes
Preparation: In a large bowl, combine all the liquids. Add fresh fruit and ice cubes before serving.
5. Sparkling Black Tea with Violet (alcohol-free)
- 120 ml strawberry-cranberry black tea, brewed and cooled
- 1 teaspoon of violet syrup
- sparkling water
- 1/4 squeezed lemon
- Ice cubes
Preparation: In a glass, mix the black tea and the violet syrup. Add the lemon juice, fill with ice cubes and top up with sparkling water.
