  1. Pork ribs marinated in four-spice mixture: Mix honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and four-spice mixture. Marinate the pork chops in this mixture for a few hours, then grill them on the barbecue or bake them until they are nicely browned and tender.

  2. Pumpkin soup with four spice mix: Brown the onions and garlic in a casserole dish with a little olive oil. Add pumpkin cubes, vegetable stock, salt, pepper and four-spice mix. Simmer until the pumpkin is tender, then blend everything until you obtain a smooth and creamy soup.

  3. Roasted potatoes with four-spice mixture: Cut potatoes into quarters and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle them with olive oil, sprinkle them with four spice mix, salt and pepper. Roast in the oven until crisp and golden.
