Recipe for medium acai pulp:

1. Dilute  120g of acai powder  in  880g of filtered water .
2. Shake until completely dissolved.
3. Put the preparation in the freezer in  100g portions .
4. In Brazil, we freeze it then mix it to obtain a creamy texture.

Recipe for fine acai pulp:

1. Dilute  80g of acai powder  in  920g of filtered water .
2. Shake until completely dissolved.
3. Put the preparation in the freezer in  100g portions .
4. As with the average version, in Brazil, we freeze it and then blend it to make it creamy.

The industrial recipe for frozen acai pulp:

• 75% filtered water
• 3% acai powder Abaçai
• 14% crystal sugar  (or according to your preferences)
• 6% glucose
• 2% stabilizing base 0020A

Acai cream with Abaçai acai powder:

1. Mix all the ingredients and put them in the freezer.

Acai juice – Acai guarana juice – Acai acerola juice:

1. Mix the ingredients and increase the water volume to  50%  to reach  150% of the total volume .
2. Don’t hesitate to add acerola powder and guarana powder to vary the flavors.

Acai Bowl – The real recipe:

1. Beat  30g of Abaçai acai powder  with  50g of sugar  (or according to your preference) and  60ml of cool water  until completely dissolved.
2. Mix  200g of ice cubes  to obtain a creamy base.
