Discover Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla, renowned worldwide for its aromatic richness. Our beans, carefully selected from the finest harvests, are plump, flexible, and rich in seeds. This is what we call gourmet quality.

Aromatic Notes: Intense vanilla with a hint of cocoa.
Origin: Sambava region, Northeast Madagascar.
Uses: Pastries, creams, ice creams, infusions, cocktails, and flavored rums.

With a lower vanillin content, the Tahitensis variety has more aromatic molecules. The Papuan Tahitensis Vanilla offers powerful and captivating aromas. Perfect for surprising combinations, it seduces with its cocoa and woody notes.

Characteristics of our beans:

Madagascar Vanilla: Soft and plump beans (15-16 cm) with a moisture content of 30-35%.
Papuan Tahitensis Vanilla: Fine beans like Bourbon vanilla, it undergoes scalding to reduce the overwhelming lily and floral vanilla notes. A vanilla that requires a long infusion. Arnaud Vanille’s favorite vanilla.

Optimal Preservation

Our vanilla beans are packaged in tubes, bottles, or boxes to preserve their freshness and aromas. Stored away from light, in a cool and dry place, they can be kept for up to 3 years while maintaining their intensity.
