His adventure began with the sale of precious bourbon vanilla pods from Madagascar on the Sébastopol market in Lille, an aromatic journey that began in March 2010, when he was only 21 years old.
His quest takes him to the four corners of the world, to discover the production of the most exquisite spices and the most captivating flavors . In 2015, he settled in Brazil, a land rich in spices and coffee , where the Comptoir de Toamasina is experiencing remarkable development.
In this sanctuary of biodiversity, Arnaud explores the profession of spice producer from 2016 to 2022, working hand in hand with nature in an experimental plantation of vanilla, peppers and even acerola . The objective is clear: to control each stage of production to guarantee excellence and purity of flavors.
